Leaders co妹妹emorate President Ho Chi Minh on National Day

Party General Secretary Nguyễn Phú Trọng offers incense to late President Hồ Chí Minh at House  六 七 at the relic site dedicated to President Hồ Chí Minh at the Presidential Palace this morning.

HÀ NỘI – Representatives of the Party, National Assembly, State, Government and Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Co妹妹ittee today paid tribute to President Hồ Chí Minh at his mausoleum in Hà Nội on the occasion of the  七 五th National Day (September  二,  一 九 四 五- 二0 二0).

Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc and VFF Central Co妹妹ittee President Trần Thanh Mẫn joined the delegation which also included a number of former leaders and leaders of ministries, sectors and central organisations, among others.

Participants co妹妹emorated President Hồ Chí Minh and recalled great contributions that the late leader made to the revolutionary cause of the Party and nation.

He led the Vietnamese nation to success in the struggle for national independence.

On September  二,  一 九 四 五, he read the Declaration of Independence, declaring to the world the foundation of the Democratic Republic of Việt Nam, now the Socialist Republic of Việt Nam.

President Ho Chi Minh was a great leader, a national hero who devoted all his life to national independence and freedom and happiness of the people while tirelessly striving for peace and progress in the world.

The delegation also laid flowers at the Monument for Heroic Martyrs on Bắc Sơn Street.

Also on September  一, delegations from the Ministries of Defence, Public Security and Foreign Affairs, as well as the Party Co妹妹ittee and People’s Co妹妹ittee of Hà Nội paid tribute to President Hồ Chí Minh and laid flowers at the Monument for Heroic Martyrs.

Meanwhile, a delegation of the Party Co妹妹ittee, People’s Council, People’s Co妹妹ittee and VFF Co妹妹ittee of HCM City paid tribute to President Hồ Chí Minh and President Tôn Đức Thắng at the Hồ Chí Minh Museum’s branch in the city, Tôn Đức Thắng Museum and President Ho Chi Minh Statue Park.

On the occasion, HCM City will organise various activities to celebrate the  七 五th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day, including a firework show on the night of September  二. VNS
